Replace SimpleDateFormat with Instant.parse so the DNB-supplied timestamp is accepted in any ISO-8601 form (no fractional seconds, microseconds, +hh:mm offsets) instead of only the rigid yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSXXX layout. The parsing logic is extracted into a package-private helper to allow direct unit testing without mocking the static REST client.
